Our Return Commitment

We accept returns or exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition – unworn, unaltered, and with all tags attached. This policy reflects our confidence in the quality of our signature 2-piece suits, 3-piece ensembles, and formal accessories.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personalised or made-to-measure garments
  • Accessories marked as “final sale”
  • Items without original packaging or tags

The Return Process

Our returns process has been designed with the same attention to detail as our tailoring services:

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email our Style Advisors at [email protected] with your order details and reason for return within 15 days of delivery.
  2. Receive Authorization: We will respond within 48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Prepare Your Package: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Worcester atelier using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Procedure

For exchanges (subject to availability):

  1. Follow the standard return process above, clearly indicating your desired exchange item(s) and size preferences.
  2. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will ship your new item within 2 business days.
  3. For international exchanges, additional shipping charges may apply.

Refund Timeline & Methods

Upon receipt and inspection of your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days
  • Your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) will be credited
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from our error
