Our atelier requires 1-2 business days to prepare your order with the care befitting our premium garments. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order departs our Worcester workshop.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Commitment

We accept returns or exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items in pristine condition – unworn, unaltered, and with all original tags attached. This policy underscores our confidence in the craftsmanship of our 2-piece suits, 3-piece ensembles, and formal footwear.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain our exacting standards of hygiene and quality, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Personalised or made-to-measure garments
  • Accessories marked as “final sale”
  • Items without original packaging or tags

The Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email our Style Advisors at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery, including your order details and reason for return.
  2. Receive Authorization: We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions within 48 hours.
  3. Prepare Your Package: Securely repack the item(s) with all original tags and packaging, including a copy of your order confirmation.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to our Worcester atelier using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return results from our error.

Exchange Procedure

For exchanges (subject to availability):

  • We will ship your new selection within 2 business days of receiving and inspecting your return
